In line with the mission and vision of our university and our presidency, in order to support contemporary knowledge and technological development and to present it to our internal and external stakeholders in the best and fastest way possible;

By adhering to the structural conditions and principles of the Quality Management System, it is our quality policy to continuously improve and develop our health, culture, sports, nutrition services, and business processes within our duties and responsibilities to meet the current and future needs and expectations of our internal and external stakeholders.

Our education-teaching, research-development, community service, and management activities;

• -Develop programs and activities that evaluate the physical, mental, cultural, social, and leisure needs of our students and staff.
• -Ensure continuity for change and development in administrative and community service areas.
• -Provide services quickly to meet the needs of our internal and external stakeholders by following contemporary knowledge and technological developments.
• -Continuously improve and enhance our services and business processes by adhering to the requirements of our university's Quality Management System.
• -Follow the PUKÖ (plan - do - check - act) cycle in all our activities as the presidency.
• -Support activities that increase environmental awareness and zero waste consciousness.
• -Adopt and implement sustainable principles in terms of consultancy, orientation, seminars, and activities for our disadvantaged students and staff.

• -In line with the strategic plan and objectives of the Health, Culture and Sports Department, to establish an internal and external quality assurance system related to the evaluation and improvement of the quality of educational, instructional, and research activities and administrative services, to identify institutional indicators, and to carry out the work to be done in this context in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by the Higher Education Quality Board and to make recommendations to the relevant unit manager,
• -To prepare, evaluate, and revise the unit's business processes when necessary,
• -To conduct and monitor processes related to internal control throughout the unit,
• -To contribute to the implementation of the decisions of the Unit Quality Commission throughout the relevant unit and to monitor the results,
• -To prepare the Unit Internal Evaluation Report and other information and present it to the Quality Coordination at the requested time,
• -To make necessary preparations and provide all kinds of support for certification and evaluation studies to be carried out by independent evaluation organizations,
• -To make recommendations to the unit manager in line with the results, evaluations, and suggestions of the report prepared as a result of internal and external evaluations of the university,
• -To carry out other quality-related work determined by the Quality Coordination or unit management.
